Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 1% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or are returned outside of the 14-day return window may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
